Wow! What an exciting time to be an American citizen! I imagine there will be PLENTY of talk around the water coolers this morning all across this great nation.
Of course I'm talking about what happened on "Days of our Lives" yesterday, Tues. Nov. 4, 2008. Here's a brief recap... DUH, I know everybody knows already and that I'm being redundant... but C'MON!!! This is HISTORY in the MAKING!!!
Nicole is determined to win herself and her baby a trip to University hospital, so she manufactures a medical emergency (TRAMP!). Then, EJ tells Stefano that he cares about Nicole as much as the baby and he goes to visit Nicole to tell her, but is shocked when he finds her gone from her cell (WHAAAAAAT?!?!?!?!?!). Then, Nick is beginning to show increasing stalker-like behavior toward Melanie. He shows her the note he found in her purse and professes his worry about her. CREEPY! OH, OH... Stephanie and Max argue about Max's future and about Melanie. Stephanie gets drunk and Philip offers to drive her home. WINK-WINK. Meanwhile, Lexie pledges her support to Abe while privately confessing her lingering worries to Chelsea about life in the public spotlight. Lexie becomes uneasy when Stefano calls and starts making inquiries about the status of the new police commissioner of Salem. (PROFILING.)
God Bless the USA... and Salem. I'm never sure if it's Oregon or Massachusetts.
See you all on Friday... I'm thinking there might be a new song at the top of the show. That, or Adam & I could come up with some old-timey election results jingles. We'll VOTE on it.
